Learn more →Mag chloride damage is gradual. Each winter a little more de-icer soaks into bare concrete, freezes and thaws, and breaks down the surface. By the time you see pitting along the door, the top layer of the slab is already coming apart.
A sealed coating stops that. Over a ground and repaired slab, a polyaspartic system keeps the salt and water on the surface, where it hoses off. Coating a slab while it's still sound costs less than repairing it later.
