Parker has some of the metro's biggest garages: three-car and oversized bays, shops and RV garages in newer subdivisions and on acreage. We coat them all, from builder slabs in brand-new neighborhoods to the large shop floors on the rural edges of town.
Most Parker homes in Stonegate, Idyllwilde, Clarke Farms and Stepping Stone have three-car or tandem garages with bare builder slabs. Coating them is our most common Parker job, and the extra bays mean it's worth doing right. Every slab gets a diamond grind for adhesion before the flake system goes down.
Out in The Pinery, Pradera and on acreage, we coat detached shops, RV garages and big equipment bays. They get heavier, more chemical-resistant systems than a standard garage, with a slip-resistant finish where water collects.

A sealed polyaspartic floor keeps all of that on the surface. It's also far easier to squeegee, hose off and keep clean, which matters more when the garage is the size of a small house.
New slabs still need proper prep. We grind the smooth builder finish so the coating bonds, and we check the slab before we coat.

Coating a garage floor doesn't usually need a permit in Parker. Most Parker subdivisions have HOAs, so we keep neutral, designer flake blends that won't draw attention at design review, and we can provide finish details if needed.
